Service & Pricing

Our delivery service covers the whole UK, however delivery costs do vary dependant on location. We aim to deliver within 7-10 working days, however if the item is in stock on order this can be as little as 2-3 working days.

If your order is out of stock you will be notified as soon as possible for the necessary arrangements to be made. If you do not wish to take delivery immediately arrangements can be made for a later delivery to be scheduled.

Buyers from Northern Scotland, Scottish Islands, N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and other offshore locations will need to contact us for a delivery quote before purchase. Delivery costs are based of total weights of orders and will be calculated at time of invoice.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Delivery will be made to your door proving it is at street level, our couriers are not insured to take stoves or other items into your property. Placement of your products is at the discretion of the delivery driver. Deliveries of stoves over gravelled or uneven drives are not possible; therefore please arrange an alternative delivery location. Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and a delivery charge being levied.

Delivery Day

Delivery will be made between 9.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Customers ordering stoves or fireplaces will be contacted by us to arrange a convenient delivery day if sufficient notes arenít provided on order. Once confirmed, please ensure someone is at the delivery address on the nominated day to inspect and sign for the goods. If our courier is unable to obtain a signature you order will not be left and you may incur an additional charge to redeliver your order. If you wish us to leave your delivery unsigned for, please provide us with permission in written format.

Please Note

For heavy and bulky items like our stoves we use a pallet delivery service. Delivery of pallets is to the kerb side and the drivers are unable to carry into the property, across uneven terrain or up steps. All pallet deliveries are tracked and info is made available to arrange a convenient delivery slot. If specialist handling or assistance is needed to get the order into your property it will be your responsibility to arrange this.
